Brittany brings a trauma-informed and child-centered approach to each case, advocating with both empathy and precision. Brittany is also well-versed in the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) and its application in Alaska, offering clients experienced guidance in cases involving tribal children.

Raised in Central Florida, Brittany earned her Bachelor’s degree in English (2016) and Master’s degree in Instructional Design (2018) from the University of Central Florida. She received her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in 2021, where she graduated near the top of her class. During law school, she served as a teaching assistant in Legal Research and Writing, was a member of the International Law Journal, and received the top paper awards in both Family Law and Contracts.

Brittany gained early litigation experience with the Marion County District Attorney’s Office in Oregon and later clerked for a federal magistrate judge in Alaska. She worked in private family law litigation before serving nearly three years as an Assistant Attorney General in the Mat-Su Valley, where she represented the State in Child in Need of Aid cases and complex family law matters.

Known for her thorough preparation, clear communication, and strong advocacy, Brittany is committed to guiding clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives with integrity and care.

Outside the office, Brittany enjoys weekends at her cabin with her daughters, exploring Alaska’s natural beauty, and spending time with family.

She is licensed to practice law in Alaska and was previously admitted to the Oregon State Bar.
